Most of the personal information processed is provided to directly by you for one of the following reasons: 

• To receive a booking for a consultation call 
• To receive a booking for 1:1 coaching 
• Invoicing for coaching or consulting services 
• To gather information in order for us to provide accurate HR support to your business and employees. 
• When applying for a role for a job with through a HR Consultancy Client The information that you have given is used in order to: 
• To deliver HR Consultancy services to your business 
• To recruit on behalf of a business that HR Consultancy services are offered
• To provide training and coaching services

3. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases that is relied on for processing this information are: 

• Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting jennie@ig-hr.co.uk 
• We have a contractual obligation

Your information is securely stored in Google Drive. This is password protected with 2 factor authentication.

5. How long is your personal information stored for:

• Invoicing 7 years
• Records of coaching conversations 7 years
• Recruitment data 1 year

After this period of time has passed your data will be deleted from all systems.

Under data protection law, you have rights including: 

• Your right of access - you have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information ● Your right to rectification - you have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete. 
• Your right to erasure - you have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to restriction of processing - you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances 
• Your right to object to processing - you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances 
• Your right to data portability - you have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances 

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
